We grew up loving shoes, wearing brands and working in them. We have worked our way up from stocking the backroom to sales to leading multi-billion dollar businesses. We've gone with the industry from Korea to Taiwan, Indonesia, Philippines and mainland China. Now we're in Vietnam, Latin America and headed back to the USA. With each new country working through increased complexity and not always decreased labor costs while still meeting our KPIs, managing global teams and meeting consumer demand for ever-shortening delivery times.

We've worked and suffered through million-dollar quality claims, have opened new factories from Cambodia to the Dominican Republic, and we sing a killer Backstreet Boys karaoke.
